Lizz holds a Texas state license as a Professional Counselor, and her educational background includes a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University – Texarkana and has obtained certification as a Narcissist Abuse Treatment Clinician. Her commitment to ongoing professional development ensures that she stays abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to best serve her diverse clientele.
Lizz focuses on helping adults recover from Narcissistic Abuse and trauma bonds, codependency and chronic people-pleasing, trauma caused by emotionally immature parents, dysfunctional family systems & intergenerational trauma, identifying and healing from unhealthy relationship patterns, and learning how to develop and maintain healthy boundaries.
Being bilingual allows Lizz to connect with clients from various cultural backgrounds, fostering a deeper understanding of their experiences and providing a safe space for open communication. She is dedicated to respecting and embracing diversity, ensuring that every client feels heard and valued.
